The Health MOT / One-off consultation
This is for a one-off consultation. Ideal if you want a general nutrition MOT or support for a specific issue. Before our appointment you will complete a health questionnaire and food diary, and following the consultation I will provide you with a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan. This option does not include ongoing support, but you are welcome to convert onto the 6 week plan at any time afterwards (within 12 months of your initial consultation) if you feel like you need additional support (the price of the one-off consultation will be redeemable against the 6 week plan).

Cancellation policy: Clients will receive a full refund if their consultation or plan is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of £50.
